This was the 3rd time we have attempted to purchase a vehicle from BMW Sarasota. The first 2 were less than pleasant. The folks we dealt with made us feel unimportant. We had decided that if we were treated the same as the previous 2 times, then we would never come back. So, kudos to NayColle!
