Great experience and more! We came in to look at a used convertible but realized it was not the right fit for our lives, and changed to a 5 series sedan. Our salesperson, NayCo We came in to look at a used convertible but realized it was not the right fit for our lives, and changed to a 5 series sedan. Our salesperson, NayColle, was thorough and knowledgeable in explaining the differences between the 3 and 5 series, without being technical. We told her exactly the color combination we wanted, price point, and she found it and let us know about it in one week. We appreciated the one price methodology for used car pricing, as it is not tiring. The delivery process was thorough and professional (loved the touch screen signing process!), training on the new car was excellent, we are very happy. Thank you Caz, NayColle, and Tim. When you buy a BMW you have expectations of upgraded service and professionalism and you delivered. You have an excellent team Victor! More

I was looking at pre-owned, non certified cars, so wasn't expecting much, but Naycolle really made sure I was taken care of. I had some concerns and to my surprise, once Carlos Munoz got involved, i was in good hands. Always responsive and concerned for my needs. Thank you! More
