Melanie demonstrated exceptional expertise and professionalism. Although I acquired a 2021 5 Series from a different dealership over two years ago, I had not activated its features. Upon purchasin professionalism. Although I acquired a 2021 5 Series from a different dealership over two years ago, I had not activated its features. Upon purchasing my 2026 X2, Melanie reviewed some features, revealing that I had not been utilizing my digital key. She graciously allowed me to bring my 5 Series to her, where she assisted in setting it up. We encountered several challenges that extended the process to over an hour, yet she remained persistent. She even consulted a colleague to resolve the issues we faced. Her willingness to assist with a vehicle not purchased from her dealership and her patient dedication were greatly appreciated. I look forward to her assistance in setting up the features on my new vehicle. More
