In fact, with the most recent sales experience, we were just contemplating our purchase and Shaun worked with us to get a car we love! He sets the tone to be one of mutual respect for both customer and dealer. Within a single day of the purchase, Shaun followed up with us to see if we had any questions (which we did,,,) and was able to provide answers and make sure we were set up to meet with one the "Geniuses" (Melanie Hernandez) who specialize in explaining all the features of the car (which there are sooo many!)
