The service department was not adequate!! I bought a brand new car that wouldn’t start a few months after taking it off of the lot. I was told that it was a computer issue and would be resolved very qui brand new car that wouldn’t start a few months after taking it off of the lot. I was told that it was a computer issue and would be resolved very quickly. After waiting in the waiting area 5 hours, I was told to come back because they were about to close. Fast forward, not only were they not able to fix the issue timely, but they were not able to get me a rental (which I had paid extra for previously.). I had to get them to jump start the vehicle and chance it not starting again because they wanted to keep the car until the next time they opened ( two days later... without transportation). it was a disaster!! Nothing was done to fix the issue nor did they offer any means of assistance afterwards. TWO THUMBS DOWN!! I’m very shocked at the way this was mishandled. Everyone there seemed so friendly until this. More

The dealership itself is exceptional, to say the least. There's a no pressure easy going vibe happening no matter what time you go in. If he us able to do what he did for me and make me feel the way I did for every customer than he truly has an amazing gift. The entire process was effortless for him all the while any nervousness I had just disappeared. Even Al in finance made you feel as though you'd been friends for years. I've never experienced anything like it. Just to note I even had what I would think was a major problem from start to finish service, to the buying process all over again. I was expecting a cold shoulder or something . Nope! Just the same concerned ,caring ,helpful friendly attitude . Now I have a car I absolutely love at a price I can afford and a dealership for life. Theres no place better and nowhere I would recommend to anyone who will listen. More
