Neal was so very nice to work with when finding a little leak coming from underneath my car. It was fixed in a jiffy and even went out of his way to clean underneath where the oil had splattered. When I dropped my truck off they were very friendly and told me where the coffee bar and lounge were.The only thing I had any problems with is I went to parts while I was waiting to get a price of somethin told me where the coffee bar and lounge were.The only thing I had any problems with is I went to parts while I was waiting to get a price of something.It took a while for them to look up the part and when they found it they said it was on back order.I said ok.How much are they and he went to look and never came back. I do wish car washes were standard with service. I have never been serviced at a dealership where they were just not standard.
