There are over a dozen Subaru dealerships closer to me then this one, but I love Grand Subaru. They give me the most competitive price, they are no pressure, and the service is top notch! Very professional. Everyone is super friendly and the culture is unlike any other dealership I've experienced. They are a no gimmicks and no pushy sales pitch dealership. This is my second new Subaru purchase at Grand in the last 18 months and I can't say enough. With this last purchase, we notice some hood damage that occurred during transit. A gentleman in the service department skipped his lunch to swap out the hood to make sure it didn't delay the delivery process. Vee stepped in to assist with showing us the ropes with the new car and was great. Brandon is a no non-sense finance guy. I rarely write reviews, but feel compelled to share this gem. The short story is that I worked with Jeff Schade at GRAND for over a year. He searched high and low for me for that period of time for 'just what I was looking for'. At one point, I had to tell him to close my case since I didn't think I was going to have the funding necessary for a purchase. About a month after I told him to close my case...( one year later ) I came into the funding necessary for a new used Subie. And lo and behold, Jeff reached out to me, (unbeknownst to him of my funding extravaganza...) He sent me yet another email with a beautiful Sage Green ( My favorite color ) used Subie for exactly the price I could afford. So even though I told Jeff to close my case... he respectfully, professionally reached out to me once again. The timing was a match made in heaven. So after about a year of looking and hoping and praying... I am now the proud owner of a Sage Green Forester with a most awesome moon roof. Its a dream come true. Jeff has been completely professional and honest. He was never pushy. He always reached out to me in a respectful and kind manner. I hope to buy a new Subie from him in the future! Go Jeff ! Go GRAND Subaru. And a special thanks to Nealy Anderson for being there the night I went in for a test drive. She was also professional and friendly.
