In turn, she connected me with Jeff Schade, who was also very knowledgeable about the Forester and worked with me, at my pace, to effect a good outcome. Using the internet to the extent that I did was something I wasn't convinced at the start was the way to go, but I'll definitely consider it first in the future! And working with Nealy and Jeff was easy, convenient, and definitely made car-buying a smooth transaction.
