We just purchased a new Audi Q5 from Audi Rockville and We just purchased a new Audi Q5 from Audi Rockville and had what I would consider the best car buying experience I have had and we have bought more We just purchased a new Audi Q5 from Audi Rockville and had what I would consider the best car buying experience I have had and we have bought more than seven new cars! We worked with Jean-Marc Perez Cohen as our salesman and he was great to work with. He was low key, knowledgeable, focused on our needs and requirements and never pressured us at any time. We wanted a White Q5 Prem+ with either beige interior – no black or brown. The dealership didn’t have a Q5 match so Jean-Marc checked elsewhere and located one that met our requirements. We worked out a very good deal, then got word it wasn’t available. We initially were extremely disappointed but this is when Jean-Marc came through for us. Apparently, this color combo is not the most readily available but Jean-Marc found a vehicle that met our color requirements but it was just coming into port and would take two weeks getting to the dealership. Rather skeptical of waiting two weeks but recognizing that if we wanted this color combination, we didn’t have much choice, we agreed. Good move on our part! A day before the two weeks was up, Jean-Marc contacted us and told us the car was at the dealership and would be ready for us that afternoon! The car was exactly as promised - White Prem+ with beige interior. The great deal we worked out two weeks earlier was also completely honored - no last-minute monkey business on the price. We drove away in the exact vehicle we wanted, at a great price and couldn’t be happier. It was a pleasure working with an honorable salesman like Jean-Marc who treated us well, worked out a great deal and most importantly, found us the hard to find vehicle we wanted. Kudos to Jean-Marc and Audi Rockville for an excellent car buying experience! More
