I had been looking for a specific vehicle (make,model,color scheme, and options) and had unfortunately been burned by another dealer who sold the car out from under me even after I had given a deposit while I setup details such as airfare to get there. We purchase vehicles a lot (more than I would like to admit lol) and this experience was for sure top of the line. ABSOLUTELY would recommend this dealer to anyone in the area looking for a car. More

We contacted the dealer for a quote on a new Audi and Jessica was very quick, straightforward and transparent about the price. She is professional and knowledgeable about Audi products/ features. Also, the store manager, Marcus Oh, was very nice and easy to work with. The only thing that we were not happy was the finance guy (Mr Neil Xing). He talked and talked but did not answer our questions. We want to see the "real number" on the papers... He kept saying_ "will let you know later" but asked us to sign here and there first. He talked until we were really tired and wanted to finish paper work and walk out. More
