I am not happy with the sales dept, but I am very happy with the service team. I purchased a car on 24 June and I still do it have my registration . I get not communication from the sales team unless I call to initiate the discussion. The inability to get my registration is troubling, but the lack of communication is is unacceptable. On the other hand the service dept is the best that I have ever worked with. They are professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. Now that I have had the vehicle for almost three weeks, I would like to point out a few concerns with the CRV exl. How can you provide such great alloy wheels, but not include locking nuts to prevent theft of those wheels? Why do you have a specific location for a cargo cover, but not provide the cover? Both of these items were standard in the last CRV exl that I purchased in 2020. Trying to save a few pennies on anti theft items does not make sense. I have had only Hondas since the late 1990’s but this may be my last as other manufacturers provide greater value for the price. More
