Fred is the reason why I eventually made the 90 minute drive to Brewster Subaru, and I’m glad I did. While there, I met with General Manger Nelson Demelo who listened to my needs and made sure that all of my expectations were met. Two weeks later I drove away with the vehicle I wanted at the negotiated price feeling confident about my purchase. Not very often do you feel good about the car buying experience, but Brewster Subaru came through. I will definitely recommend this dealership to friends and consider again for future purchases. The salesperson (Mitchel) welcomed us and stayed past closing time and answered all our questions. When we made the purchase, the pricing and financing were made very clear. Brewster Subaru didn't have the exact model we were looking for in stock, but they found one in a few days. A couple of days after that, we finalized the deal with Christer in their finance department and were driving the car out of their parking lot. Fast, precise, honest, and not pushy. What else is there. I would recommend this dealership to friends and family. More

Felt like home! Before I decided on a Subaru I did a lot of research. I checked out tons of reviews and they all pointed to purchasing the Impreza. I started working with Roy Schiller, and he (and his sweater) made me feel right at home! Unfortunately, we had to put a pause on purchasing the car, and started back up this month (August). I emailed Roy and immediately he once again made me feel right at home. Everyone at Brewster was extremely friendly and welcoming. Huge thank you to Nelson and Christer as well, who made the process enjoyable as well. Definitely will do business with Brewster Subaru again. More

Shopping at Brewster Subaru was wonderful. Everyone was nice, honest, and pleasant. There were no "by-the-way" hidden charges. Our salesperson was Robyn Rey and she worked with us via phone and email until the right car came in. It is not our custom to but a new car every few years.
