All three were purchased with the personal assistance of one of the managers Nelson. He is professional, confident, and approachable. I noticed how comfortable the staff felt with going to him for anything. Even after service hours he was there to help with a customer needing a loaner car. This time I had the pleasure of working with Anthony Pilla, he was extremely patient, kind and thourough throughout the entire process. The finance manager Rich, wow, I was completely impressed with the time he took with me to go over paperwork, offered me multiple options for continuing my warranty, and had everything handy to show me without any glitches. Very smooth process. On a side note, while Anthony was running around situating my trade in, I was completely impressed of the salesman across from him, I do not know his name but he sat by the door. While waiting I listened to him "sell" someone on a Subaru. The knowledge ran off his tongue like butter. And although I didn't work with him personally I felt he should also be recognized. He really took care of us and treated us like we were his own family. I know he's just a phone call away if I ever need help, and I am so thankful for the wonderful experience he gave us. Nelson, the GM was also incredible in helping us with our trade in and really taking the time to get to know us and make us comfortable. Rich, the business manager also helped make the process of actually starting the lease painless. All of the people we interacted with at Brewster Subaru are the reasons why we are now a Subaru family. I HIGHLY recommend going to Brewster Subaru because they truly care about their customers!
