My wife and I were treated like family, everyone going out of their way in a friendly atmosphere to help us out. Our lease was coming to an end and Robin and Nelson did the legwork to give us an array of options in order for us to decide which would work out the best for us. Everything was up front, clearly explained, and no "hidden agenda" tactics were employed. We bounced our thoughts off them and never once felt any pressure or coercion to sway our thinking. Additionally, the service dept. is extremely helpful in scheduling appointments, with a professional staff who do any work correctly and in a timely fashion. The dealership has recently been remodeled with a spacious waiting room, renovated restrooms, and coffee. This is what a benchmark dealership should be. More
