Misha called before arriving, came gloved and masked. We had the remote in a baggy for him. He took the car, the dealer called when it was done, Misha called when he was on his way back. When he arrived he wiped the interior down with a bleach wipe, stood six feet from me when returning the paperwork and key. We really appreciate the concierge service and intend to continue to use this in the future. More
