Then, when I decided to buy my newer Camry (2016 Hybrid), I had an equally great experience with Stacey in the Finance dept. Stacy made what could have been a very hard experience, a fun experience! Love our new Hybrid Highlander! We decided on the way home from a long road trip that it was time to upgrade from our 2015 Prius that we love to a new Hybrid Highlander. I contacted Nanette Jubie because she was excellent to work with when we bought our Prius. She great at getting back to us on questions very quickly. After our test drive with the Highlander, she was able to get things processed and in place so that we could pick up our new vehicle in just a few days. We loved all the features that she showed us on the Highlander before we drove off - most important was syncing my phone.
