I have been in the car business and have been selling Toyota's at Rudy Luther Toyota since April 2011. I love working at Rudy Luther Toyota, I have great co-workers and the best customers, who feel like family and friends! My goal with every customer is to give them the best buying experience ever! I am so impressed with this dealership. I worked with Netti. She showed me the car and made the process easy and quick. I worked with Mike in Finance. We were in and out for our initial 30k maintenance incredibly quickly, and everyone was super friendly. The waiting area is very well appointed, with coffee and water bottles available, and all custom incredibly quickly, and everyone was super friendly. I received text messages at the start and completion of our service, though the service attendant also came in and found us when everything was done and helped send us on our way. This service experience just emphasized the great pride they have in the end-to-end quality they exemplify. More
