I was initially referred by my warranty company to use this dealership for repair. I had warranty, but since the tech wouldn't reach out to the warranty company to give them the cause of this malfunction, I ended up paying for it out of pocket. My whole reason of using this dealership was the warranty company to give them the cause of this malfunction, I ended up paying for it out of pocket. My whole reason of using this dealership was that I was told by the warranty company to tow the car there. I tried calling back numerous times to get this resolved, no one ever called back. More

I have now used them twice, for a 2024 Ram and 2020 Charger. The Quality Control is unfortunately very poor. I kept pointing out issues. However, I will say they are very good to rectify the issues. Complete lack of customer concern, deadlines would come and go and feedback was nonexistent. Even with multiple calls to Neymar, Carlos And Gracey weekly. I brought my Jeep in for service, but it sat for 11 days without being looked at, which forced me to cover the cost of a rental car myself. Throughout that time, my service advisor did not return any of my without being looked at, which forced me to cover the cost of a rental car myself. Throughout that time, my service advisor did not return any of my calls or respond to messages. I eventually met with the Service Manager, who was courteous and assured me I would hear back within three days. It’s now been 12 days, and I still haven’t received any follow-up. More
