Well, at first I was disappointed because after getting an oil change, the mechanic forgot to put the cap back on. I'll put it on incorrectly and it caused my jeep to overheat and in check engine light to an oil change, the mechanic forgot to put the cap back on. I have been trying to get a problem corrected since February 23, 2026. I took the car for service and had to return it 3 times in March and one time in April for the same problem. The technician did hi February 23, 2026. I took the car for service and had to return it 3 times in March and one time in April for the same problem. The technician did his best to remedy the problem to no avail. The technician met with me to find out if there was anything unusual I noticed whenever the problem occurred. Still no resolve to the problem. In the end I traded the vehicle. I will admit I truly appreciated the efforts made which is why I rated less than a 5. More

I've honestly never had a good experience with the service department here. Until this most recent experience I've only used the service department twice for an oil change. In both cases I made an app service department here. Until this most recent experience I've only used the service department twice for an oil change. In both cases I made an appointment in advance and in both cases they didn't begin service on the vehicle until an hour after the appointment. What's the point in making an appointment? This most recent experience was to address a recall on the vehicle. Someone from the service center reached out to me via text to set up an appointment. I asked how long the fix would take and was told approximately 2 hrs. I scheduled a 7am appointment with this understanding. Upon dropping off the vehicle I was informed it would probably take a week and also that the person who handles loaner cars wasn't there. No other options were offered and so I was left to find my own way home (via rideshare). When I picked up the vehicle a few weeks later I asked about reimbursement for transportation expenses. Was given a number to call , who then required me to send them a copy of the work order which I didn't have at the time because I was traveling for work. Meanwhile Jeep was asking me to submit a review, so I said I'd be happy to if they could send me an email of the work order. I finally received it 5 days later after which I had already returned from the work trip and sent a picture of the paper copy to the reimbursement department. The reimbursement department informed me that they can only reimburse me for rental car expenses, not rideshare which would have been nice to know from the beginning. Additionally I just received the reimbursement check and it falls short of what I paid for the rental with no explanation provided So no, this was not a good experience at all. More
