I was very disappointed with the service, or should I say lack of service, I received. My vehicle was there for over 5 weeks and I could never get any help. It was like pulling teeth to get someone to even p lack of service, I received. My vehicle was there for over 5 weeks and I could never get any help. It was like pulling teeth to get someone to even pick up the phone. I talked to someone on the chat box on their website and was promised that a manager would call me, but never did. I spoke with a gentleman on the phone who promised a call back and never received. All in all very unsatisfactory. More

I Arranged a date for my Factory repair service. Arrived at the date and time. I waited an hour and a half to be told. There was a 50-50 chance of my vehicle being fixed that they did not have a mec Arrived at the date and time. I waited an hour and a half to be told. There was a 50-50 chance of my vehicle being fixed that they did not have a mechanic that could do the job and if another Mechanic did it there would be no guarantees. When I set an appointment, I expect someone to be there to fix my vehicle not be told it’s an appointment just to drop off my vehicle. I believe this is very unprofessional and this policy needs to be changed More

Not pleased how Chrysler jeep handle my vehicle issues. My jeep had an issue shifting gear. Brought the vehicle to dealer as it was protected by manufacture warranty. The dealer poorly diagnosed the vehicl My jeep had an issue shifting gear. Brought the vehicle to dealer as it was protected by manufacture warranty. The dealer poorly diagnosed the vehicle and did minor valve body repair which didn't fix the problem. shifting gear ISSUE reapered, brought vehicle to the dealer FOR REPAIR and was told that I was responsible for the repair cost event though it was exact same issues they worked on when car was under warranty. NOT BUYING JEEP AGAIN. I FEEL I WAS TREATED UNFAIR AS THIS SEEMS TO BE A KNOWN ISSUES WITH THIS VEHICLE. ALSO DEALER HAS A POOR SERVICE. THEY DON'T SEND YOU ANY UPDATES TO KEEP YOU INFORM OF THE REPAIR PROGRESS. EVERYTIME I SHOWED UP AT SERVICE DESK TO CHECK ON MY VEHICLE ALL I GET FROM SERVICE REP IS LIE AFTER LIE. Ask for a complete review and breakdown of what the cost would be time and time and time again was one thing and another never got a true cost until it ended up the Joe almost rebuilt.
