I was lied to about my rep being in communication with my warranty company for a several weeks. I was told I didn’t need to worry about my rental that it was included in my package while my jeep was getting warranty company for a several weeks. I was told I didn’t need to worry about my rental that it was included in my package while my jeep was getting worked. I was never told I would have to pay out of pocket. Now I’m getting a bill for $3k. I was extremely patient with my rep because I was not aware I would end up paying for the rental. My jeep took over 4 months to get repaired. Had I known I would never have taken that rental. I tried talking to management and no one would listen. Trey would ignore my calls or texts. When I picked up the jeep it was completely covered in grease. outside and inside the car. I had huge stains in the seats. No covers were used. Mo gloves were used. They charge for gloves and towels and don’t use them. I still have the 4x4 issue I had since the beginning, my car shakes a lot now and the dan is extremely loud. I spend $10k replacing an engine even though it was getting serviced and was told it was not so would not be getting covered under warranty. I can deal with that but not being taken advantage with everything else. Enterprise rental management told me there were several customers that have huge bills and were told their rental were covered. More

They had my car for a week before they could even look at it then a couple of days for the warranty to approve the repair. Left me over a week without a loaner car. One of the worst experiences I ever had to repair my car. I would never bring my car here again. More

If I could give negative stars I would. I have been lied to by this dealer countless times. Multiples times I’ve been called and told vehicle was ready for pickup, got there and they couldn I have been lied to by this dealer countless times. Caylie you delivered efficient and efficacy service! Thank you! I walked up to the service window, you greeted me with a smile and said”welcome to Hollywood Crysler Jeep”, what brings you in today, how Thank you! I walked up to the service window, you greeted me with a smile and said”welcome to Hollywood Crysler Jeep”, what brings you in today, how may I help you”? I proceeded to explain my reason for being there. You listened, did not interrupt and maintained eye contact! (Extremely important)! After I was finished, you called me by name and informed me that you can try and help me, and politely asked me to sign the indemnity agreement, before you touched my vehicle, then asked for the keys. You then immediately used a device to identify what the problem was, and then instantly informed me that the engine light was on, and that an oil change was due. Moreover, you took the time to inform me of special oil offers, that was economical, and something No Advisor has ever done for consumers like myself! Evidently, I purchased one and I am extremely grateful to you. In addition, you then gave me the option to either wait outside or in the lobby which the company provided, and offered me the opportunity to refresh by taking advantage of bottled cold water, hot chocolate or different coffee, which I relished. Also, Cailey you specifically apologized to us/me about the fact that it may take a little longer than the usual wait time because of the shortage of man-power. You kept checking in whilst we waited, kept us abreast and thanked me/us for our patience! Magnificent job Cailey! Despite the fact that there was labor shortage, my vehicle was ready after waiting for no more than 45-50 minutes! Wow!! Thank you Cailey for your efficiency and outstanding customer service! I sincerely hope that Hollywood Crysler Jeep would appreciate the high quality level of service that you provide to consumers!
