I received a call from my Service Advisor, who apologized, and committed to turn things around and make it right. She also offered me a loaner car so that I could make my out-of-town trip on Tuesday afternoon, however, as it turned out, my wife's schedule changed and I was able to use her vehicle. That alone showed courage, and was greatly appreciated. This call took place right after I wrote this review, and I tried to edit it, like I did the Google Review, however, I was not able to. Additionally, Leslie assisted my wife and I on two (2) vehicles, and I gave him a 5-Star rating for how he has gone above and beyond to help me. I am responding publicly, because it is important to know that how a person reacts to an issue is extremely important, and can turn customers around. I will provide my contact information privately. I don't believe it is the Service Advisor or Tech, perhaps it is the system that is being used. There are technology stacks available with AI that would greatly assist with properly scheduling and forecasting within the service department.
