THIS ISSUE HAS SINCE BEEN RESOLVED BY THE SERVICE ADVISOR, WHO CALLED AND CURED THE SITUATION - 09/09/2025 I left my Jeep Wrangler Sahara Unlimited 4xe to check an engine light and install the rear ADVISOR, WHO CALLED AND CURED THE SITUATION - 09/09/2025 I left my Jeep Wrangler Sahara Unlimited 4xe to check an engine light and install the rear seat on Tuesday, 09/02/2025 at 8:45 AM. I was told it would take 2 - 3 days. AutoNation which is 10 minutes away from my home said 5 - 10 days (setting a low expectation), however, I needed the vehicle, and Hollywood Chrysler Jeep said 2 -3 days, so I drove the 40 minutes to get there. I texted later to the number provided that I would pick it up on Saturday. The service advisor said it would not take that long. I approved the estimate, which surprised me as it was 4 hours to install the rear seat which took 1 hour to remove and install a platform over the battery. By Saturday, 09/05, I still had not heard anything, so I ended up calling 5 separate times to find out what was going on, stating that I needed the vehicle for an out-of-town trip by Tuesday afternoon. Finally a Customer Service person called and took the time to look into it. Apparently the technician had not started on it and would get to it the following week. I explained that I needed the Jeep for my trip Tuesday afternoon again. I was promised that the Service Advisor who was supposed to call me back on Friday, and did not, would call me. I said please call me in the morning for a status update so it is not last minute. Needless to say - NO CALL. I called and finally spoke to the same Customer Service person who was upset that I had not been called back, and I asked to speak to the service advisor. He put me through, and no one picked up. I finally called the sales person who sold me the Jeep, and who I purchased 2 vehicles from, and he finally spoke to my service advisor who did not have the courtesy to call me, and said the tech was off today - Monday, 09/08, and the vehicle would not be ready. More

Took my Wrangler in for service, struggled for several days to even get an update on the vehicle. Discovered that a warranty claim had not been submitted for 10 days. Almost 20 days later, I’m still witho days to even get an update on the vehicle. Discovered that a warranty claim had not been submitted for 10 days. I dropped my jeep off on Thursday morning for an over heating problem. My car has only 8K miles and is a 2024. I knew this was covered under warranty and still no rental car was offered to me until TUESD heating problem. My car has only 8K miles and is a 2024. I knew this was covered under warranty and still no rental car was offered to me until TUESDAY. I went multiple days with no transportation and little to no communication from The service center. I had to call 2-3x per day to get any information about what was going on with my vehicle. Nick the manager tried to make the situation better by trying to get me into a 2025 jeep, but the numbers did not work out. Nicks customer service was great, but I’m not sure it’s enough to keep me at this dealership for my next jeep. More

The communication with the service advisor Neyma is non existent. My vehicle was brought in under my warranty, left there for over a month. And I can barely squeeze out and update. My car "was ready" and p existent. My vehicle was brought in under my warranty, left there for over a month. And I can barely squeeze out and update. My car "was ready" and pulled up with the exact same noise. I was told "since I thought it was the water pump, the technician probably just fixed that" again i know there were issues with my vehicle. But one month with no updates and all of these repairs besides the noise it was brought in for. At least communicate! More

I dropped off my car on August 4th and tried multiple times to get a status update, but I never received a call back until 10 days later, when I finally got the diagnostic.
