We were late for our appointment with Trent because we were at Ganley East in the morning. When we arrived, Trent was busy with other customers. I found this dealership through an internet search for a Jeep Wrangler. From the first phone call to the signing on the dotted line, everyone I had contact with was VERY helpful and VERY professional! Dur Jeep Wrangler. During my initial contact with the dealership, I was connected with Nick Campola. He put the ball in motion even before I made the 70 mile drive to the dealership. He was very attentive to what I told him I was looking for in a vehicle. He immediately called me back after locating the vehicle and assured me the vehicle would not be sold before I could get to the dealership almost 3 hours after our initial contact by collecting a deposit. I was very surprised when I arrived at the dealership to find that this was a 21 year old young man who had only been in sales for approximately 1 year. He was very professional and very outgoing. I loved his personality!! We took the Jeep for a test drive and he was very knowledgeable about the features of the vehicle, explaining all of the features of the vehicle. But what I liked best is that he was genuinely interested in me as a person! He helped me to make the best financial decision for me explaining the pros and cons of leasing vs buying. I think he was just as excited for me as I was buying this vehicle! More
