OUTSTANDING ! Nick Campola went Above & Beyond ! Nick is Very polite, patient, thorough and displayed much Professionalism. I had a personal issue at the bank with Nick Campola went Above & Beyond ! Nick is Very polite, patient, thorough and displayed much Professionalism. I had a personal issue at the bank with no way to get there in time. Yes ! You guessed it,Nick even took the time to run me back & forth to resolve my issue that had nothing to do with the purchase. On top of all this Nick had the car brought out for me, we were looking it over together. Nick said " on hold Mr Logan ", afterwards I learned he wasn't satisfied with how clean it was so he had his BEST detail man in the entire dealership get it to 100 % ! This should be the first dealership that you visit! Called the dealership at 6:00pm on a Tuesday to inquire about a 2017 Ford Escape. Nicholas Artino (Sales) unselfishly said that his cousin Nicholas Ca Called the dealership at 6:00pm on a Tuesday to inquire about a 2017 Ford Escape. Nicholas Artino (Sales) unselfishly said that his cousin Nicholas Campola (Sales) would take care of me when I got there. I test drove the vehicle, financing was approved, and the deal was closed all within 3 hours. They stayed an extra hour. I remember buying a vehicle from Jim Waterwash (Finance) in the late 90's. A great guy to talk to, especially about baseball. Rick Campola (Management) agreed to put 2 new tires on the front to close the deal. I dropped off a 2006 Jeep as a trade in the next day and drove home with a great vehicle - miticulous inside. My wife is very happy! Yep, it's already her car. Many dealerships talk about honesty and integrity. If you want to experience it first hand, then vist Ganley Village - Painesville and ask for Nicholas Campola (Sales). You will not be disappointed! More
