Accommodating and Comfortable We spent the morning at a used car lot looking for a reliable used SUV for my girlfriend, and contemplating what seemed to be a deal too good to be tr We spent the morning at a used car lot looking for a reliable used SUV for my girlfriend, and contemplating what seemed to be a deal too good to be true. Turns out it was, as the car had a salvage and flood title. The dealer started out with an offer and an interest rate of almost 11%! By the time we were walking out the door, they had dropped to 9%, and then called us 10 minutes later dropping it to 7%. Needless to say, we did not return. I myself was in the market to renew or purchase my current lease from Ganley Village and had to make a trip there the near future anyways. We met with Nick, who was very knowledgeable and professional for a young age. Nick was able to work with us and meet our needs, and we walked away with both a quality used vehicle and a new lease that fit our budgets. Jim was also very personable and clearly explained each step of the financing process. He even let us use his fancy writing utensils. Bobbi was also very welcoming and disinfected our table to ensure it was clean of all coronavirus bacteria! The folks at Ganley Village create a non-intimidating atmosphere and truly have the customers needs and best interests in mind. I will always shop here first as I remain loyal to the CJDR brand. Felt like working with family I did not intend on going to this dealership when I started my car search. I was at another dealership and was told they can't make the finances work I did not intend on going to this dealership when I started my car search. I was at another dealership and was told they can't make the finances work for me. I hopped in my car and googled the closest Jeep dealer. I was going to be a tough sale.I had a strict budget, a lease that wasn't working in my favor and looking for a unicorn of a car. Nick was quick to greet me, sit down with me and understand my situation. At first I was anxious because Nick was quick to say we can find something that will work for you. I was incredibly lucky and the dealership had the unicorn car I was looking for. Nick and I talked while taking a test drive and I quickly realized how he actually cared about what I was talking about. We got back to the dealership and he worked his behind off to get me exactly what I was looking for. I left the dealership in the car I wanted at the price I wanted. I talked with countless other dealerships and had a few good offers on the table. This dealership beat them all. Nick made me feel at ease the entire time and always kept me up to date on what he was doing. I wish I had more cars to buy that day he would get every one of my sales. I can not thank him enough.
