Accommodating and Comfortable We spent the morning at a used car lot looking for a reliable used SUV for my girlfriend, and contemplating what seemed to be a deal too good to be tr We spent the morning at a used car lot looking for a reliable used SUV for my girlfriend, and contemplating what seemed to be a deal too good to be true. Turns out it was, as the car had a salvage and flood title. The dealer started out with an offer and an interest rate of almost 11%! By the time we were walking out the door, they had dropped to 9%, and then called us 10 minutes later dropping it to 7%. Needless to say, we did not return. I myself was in the market to renew or purchase my current lease from Ganley Village and had to make a trip there the near future anyways. We met with Nick, who was very knowledgeable and professional for a young age. Nick was able to work with us and meet our needs, and we walked away with both a quality used vehicle and a new lease that fit our budgets. Jim was also very personable and clearly explained each step of the financing process. He even let us use his fancy writing utensils. Bobbi was also very welcoming and disinfected our table to ensure it was clean of all coronavirus bacteria! The folks at Ganley Village create a non-intimidating atmosphere and truly have the customers needs and best interests in mind. I will always shop here first as I remain loyal to the CJDR brand.
