Purchased a brand new Ford Explorer. Upon starting the vehicle the day after purchase all alarms came on. I called the service department on Monday morning. They indicated they did not have a loaner vehicle and the issue the Explorer is having is OK to drive. 10 days later they called and said they had a loaner. I dropped off the Explorer a few hours later. They called the next day and indicated they would not have the Explorer repaired by end of day Friday. They have now had this brand new Explorer for 12 days and have not called to provide a single update in the last 10 days. I do not understand how this vehicle passed inspection. Per NYS law, a vehicle with an illuminated brake light will not pass inspection. More
