We came in knowing the exact vehicle we were interested in, and between the test drive and exploring dealer options, Angel made the whole process feel smooth and even fun. In over 30 years of car buying, I’ve never had such a pleasant dealership experience. Everyone we interacted with was equally great. Nick in finance handled all the paperwork with ease and kept things moving quickly. We also had a small issue that came up after the purchase, and the service desk jumped on it and resolved everything within a day—no stress at all. I knew exactly which model I was interested in and Brandon explained the difference in the trims. The text drive was very comfortable, i got to engage in the driving experience without a pushy overly aggressive sales pitch. Brandon worked really hard to get me the financing I needed. I truly felt like I was being heard, unlike the traditional gimmicky dealership experiences that I had previously dealt with. For the first time I’m driving off the lot without feeling stressed and exhausted. More

She allowed me to test drive all the versions of the Tundra I was interested in, giving me the opportunity to make an educated decision. Due to her positive, pleasant, and professional demeanor, and willingness, I walked away with a hugely upgraded vehicle from what I went in to buy for a similar price. I am very happy with my truck. I was also impressed with Royal Moore’s staff post purchase as they took the time and answered follow up questions I had regarding my package.
