Service advisor had a dry and belittling attitude when I took my truck in for a recall. He didn’t hear my concerns. After picking up my truck, it took over an hour for a porter to bring it back out. Very po took my truck in for a recall. He didn’t hear my concerns. After picking up my truck, it took over an hour for a porter to bring it back out. Very poor experience. I took my vehicle in for a recall with no warning lights or problems and can be confirmed with pre work pictures. They claim after the software update 3 new lights came on and demanded 2500 to fix. The advisor was rude & said its like updating your phone and new problems come up which makes no sense. Do not recommend going here More

Over the past year and a half, I've been bringing my 2019 Ford Edge to Napleton Ford for maintenance after experiencing issues with the service department at Westfield Ford, where I originally purchased the Ford Edge to Napleton Ford for maintenance after experiencing issues with the service department at Westfield Ford, where I originally purchased the vehicle. During my most recent visit, my service advisor, Nikolas Aggelopoulos, was very helpful at check-in. He informed me that my battery was only operating at about 50% capacity and discovered that it had never been properly programmed when it was previously installed as a new battery, which likely affected its performance. He also let me know my oil change would take approximately two hours. About an hour and a half later, Nikolas called me over to his desk. I paid for my oil change, and he handed me a printed receipt along with a key fob, telling me my vehicle was parked out front. When I went outside, I couldn't find my vehicle. I repeatedly pressed the lock button on the key fob, hearing the horn each time, but I still couldn't locate my Edge. That's when I looked down at the paperwork and realized I had been given someone else's receipt and key fob. I then looked toward the service bays and saw my own vehicle still up on a lift being worked on. I immediately went back inside and informed Nikolas of what had happened. He appeared genuinely surprised by the mistake and quickly offered to refund my payment. I explained that I didn't want a refund (because I didn't want to wait several business days for the funds to be returned to my account only to pay again). Instead, I asked that my payment simply be applied to my own service, which he did. He apologized for the error, and I eventually received my vehicle. While I appreciate that the mistake was corrected and that Nikolas remained professional throughout the interaction, I was disappointed that the resolution ended with only an apology. This was a significant error involving another customer's vehicle, keys, and service paperwork. Fortunately, I noticed the mistake before leaving the dealership, but the situation could have had much more serious consequences for both customers. Given the nature of the error, I believe some additional gesture of goodwill—such as a service credit or discount—would have demonstrated greater accountability and appreciation for the inconvenience. Went there for an oil change. I was attended by Nick the service advisor. He was very nice and my oil change was under 30 minutes. I left as a very happy customer!
