Excelent Service from Start to Finish From the moment I arrived at the dealership, I was treated very well by the friendly staff. I was greated when I came to the lot by my sales person, From the moment I arrived at the dealership, I was treated very well by the friendly staff. I was greated when I came to the lot by my sales person, Nick Barile. Originally I came in for service with my 2009 traverse. While I waited I looked around and wanted to satisfy my curiosity and find out how much a new one would be. Nick was very helpful and patient in finding me a car with all of the options I needed for a price I could afford. By the time I was done I was pleasantly surprised by the price and was completely convinced that this was the way to go. I canceled the service on my 2009 and Nick helped get me into a new 2014 Chevy Traverse. After the deal was done, Nick got me to the person who would handle the financial part of the deal. Dan Bennett was just as nice and helpful as nick. He got all my paperwork read for me, and went over it thoroughly to make sure I understood everything, but not stuck sitting in an office for hours blind by paperwork. My experience with Lester Glenn dealerships has always been wonderful. I have owned mulitple cars from both their Hyundia and Chevy dealership, and this is why I keep coming back. Fast attentive service from friendly employees who are always willing do do what they can to get you what you need. More

Worked our a lease deal with Nick Barile who was very knowledgeable about the Chevrolet Impala! He took his time explaining all the great features and technology of this vehicle. I currently owned a 2009 Chevy Traverse and were out looking for options for a new car. We figured we would see what was available at Chevy since I loved my existing car. I had no intentions of buying looking for options for a new car. We figured we would see what was available at Chevy since I loved my existing car. I had no intentions of buying that day. After speaking with Michael and looking at the 2014 Chevy Traverse I got excited and thought I may just consider the same car. He knew we were under a time crunch that day so he worked magic and came up with the right numbers and we bought the car. They were nice enough to let us use the car for the weekend and come back in on Monday to finish the paperwork. Monday morning I worked with Nick on the paperwork and review of the car. Last minute I decided to get the cross bars put on and Nick was able to get me into Service to have them done. He was with me the entire morning. I joked with him that I felt back that I took up alot of his time but it didn't bother him. I had many questions and he answered them all. I would definitely recommend this dealership and point my friends in the direction of Michael and Nick. Great customer service and a feeling of trust which is what you need when purchasing a car. I didn't buy the car because I was able to get a better deal at Brad Benson. I wanted to write because I really enjoyed my experice dealing with Nick Barile. He walked me around the lot and tried to find a car that met my needs. He gave me honest advice about what I should be look ing for and I trusted what he said. In the world of slick car dealers , it was nice to work with somebody who I felt was a genuine person not just looking for a sale but who also really there to help me . I wish the deal was there ...through no fault of his...he was in that finance room often...because I WANTED to buy a car from him. I think he is an asset to your company. I'm a single mom and most dealers make you feel like a lamb going to slaughter because they try to take advantage of you so its an asset to a company to have a salesman that makjes you feel comfortable and safe . I told him , though I didn't buy the car, the next time I wanted a car I'd go to Lester Glen first not because I like that dealership persay but because I like him as a salesman and would like to buy from him . I'd try Lester Glen again..because of him. More

Nick was a pleasure to work with, we came to the dealership knowing which car we wanted to purchase as we had seen the car on line. The car we purchased needed the tailgate painted as it had a few minor scratches, Nick assisted us in setting up the appointment the repairs as well as setting up the appointment for the first oil change! I went to Lester Glenn Chevrolet and my experience at this dealership was wonderful! If you are the type of person that thinks, "ughh the dealership," you will not feel this way after visiting Lester Gl this dealership was wonderful! If you are the type of person that thinks, "ughh the dealership," you will not feel this way after visiting Lester Glenn Chevrolet. The car I was using was getting old and one day it decided that it had enough. I was very caught off guard because I hadn't really started my car search yet, but I knew that I needed a car rather quickly. My search did not take long thanks to this dealership and their employees. When I arrived at the dealership no one was waiting to jump down my back. I had time to look around at the vehicles and it seemed like the perfect amount of time when I wanted to speak to someone about test driving some vehicles. Well, then came Nick who was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I decided on the car that I wanted and I was set on a specific color for my car, but they did not have the color I wanted at the lot. They did not have a "take it or leave it" attitude. They went out of their way to find exactly what it was that I wanted. Since the car was not at the dealership, I had to figure out what I would do for transportation for work. It did not take long to figure because I was given a courtesy vehicle to drive until the car that I wanted arrived at the dealership. It was such a relief to know that I would not have to worry about transportation for work. The process for the courtesy vehicle was simple, quick, and hassle-free. I would also like to add that the courtesy vehicle superseded my expectations. I was happy just to have a vehicle so that I could get to work, but it was beautiful! When it came time to do the paperwork involved with financing the car, that process was also hassle free. The paperwork was very straightforward and did not take long to finish. I actually didn't write the review right away, but I'm glad I waited because I have more positive things to say. I knew that I would get some money back from doc fees and I received that. However, I received a separate check from the dealership because I got more money back which they could have kept if they were dishonest. I was not expecting this money so they could have kept it and I would of had no idea. Now it was a small amount of money and it's not going to make anyone rich, but just knowing that they did that puts more faith in this dealership in my opinion. This was my first experience at Lester Glenn Chevrolet, and in my opinion, they treat you as a customer for life; not just to make a deal, take the money and run. More
