Before the sale they will treat you like royalty. But after the sale absolute horrendous experience. They will shut you OUT. This was by far the easiest process I’ve ever dealt with, when it comes to purchasing a car. Asked for a quote after the GM asked to expedite a deal from previous emails with a so called Internet Manager. They must give that title out to anyone. Not only did that offer a ridiculously lowball offer from previous emails with a so called Internet Manager. They must give that title out to anyone. Not only did that offer a ridiculously lowball offer on my trade they just happen to leave off the current rebates RAM offered. The best part is they charge a $899 doc fee. The State of GA only charges $45 for a new tag....This place is very shady. Do not waste your time even contacting this dealership. More
