Terrible service, I couldn’t describe the frustration I had with this dealership. They broke the pieces on my car all on their fault, second told me I would need to pay for the rental for the 21 days even had with this dealership. I dropped my jeep off on Thursday morning for an over heating problem. My car has only 8K miles and is a 2024. I knew this was covered under warranty and still no rental car was offered to me until TUESD heating problem. My car has only 8K miles and is a 2024. I had to call 2-3x per day to get any information about what was going on with my vehicle. Nick the manager tried to make the situation better by trying to get me into a 2025 jeep, but the numbers did not work out. Nicks customer service was great, but I’m not sure it’s enough to keep me at this dealership for my next jeep. More
