I felt confident when I left there that I wasn't pushed to make a deal I was comfortable with. Berger wasn't "salesy" like so many other dealerships! That worked with me on a negative equity trade, and didn't insult me with the offer they gave me. Nick Butler is fantastic. Really goes out of his way! I would recommend him to anyone. I had to bring my new vehicle back in for a tire repair and he let me borrow his personal vehicle for the day! Who else does that! Berger all the way! I will never go anywhere else from now on! More

Nick Butler was fantastic,!! Nick was personable and friendly, even though he was juggling a hundred thing he stopped and asked if we needed anything. My husband found out that M Nick was personable and friendly, even though he was juggling a hundred thing he stopped and asked if we needed anything. My husband found out that Matt was a Marine and he took time to stop and talk for awhile. Our over all experience was great. Other than the wait for the finance guy. He too was extremely busy. We spoke on the phone in the morning and then made the 2 hour drive to Berger Chevrolet. Nick met us upon arriving and basically had us sold on the year newer Equinox after talking with us. He made this purchase for us a most enjoyable one. We were very surprised that they let us bring the vehicle back to Manistee the same day.
