After I left my daughter to wait on the repair, Yvonne cancelled the diagnostic I agreed to pay for, told my daughter 'your dad isn't going to like this, but we can't figure it out' (even without trying to diagnose it) and sent her home in a defective car. I called back and Nick told me Rodney is the manager, but isn't available to help. Never, never contact Jackson Acura for anything needing honest work, or a safe repair for your family.

I spoke with the client yesterday, and explained to him that since we could not duplicate the symptom of the vehicle not shifting from park intermittently . We did, however, give him the three most likely components that could cause this, we also made him aware of how difficult it is to pinpoint the exact repair without the problem happening. I did offer to try one most likely repairs for the client and no charge but he declined.
Nick and the team were very responsive, and the service
was fast. They recommended work in order of need without trying to push extra services. Excellent work!
