Always great service. The only thing I would recommend is provide more indoor seating in the waiting area. There were no available seats for all customers and I had to sit in the computer room which was cold provide more indoor seating in the waiting area. With the social distancing it was very crowded and no extra area made for excess seating. More

For two+ years running, we have received excellent customer service, from the initial purchase of our 2019 LS300H to each and every follow up service appointment. When needed i was able to have access customer service, from the initial purchase of our 2019 LS300H to each and every follow up service appointment. When needed i was able to have access to a loaner car. They have an excellent system of recognizing my phone number which cuts down of basic info of who i am and what kind of car i need serviced. When i waited for my car to get serviced i had adequate space, water, wifi and excellent choices of brewed coffee. I am very happy and satisfied that we purchased our Lexus from Lexus of Sacramento. More

The bay is messy and it is a turn off considering that Lexus IS a luxury brand. the door to a service area was propped open with a car battery. There were spider webs where the ceiling and wall meet.
