They forgot to send in a warranty claim, when I inquired about it they told me to wait longer. After the second contact them I was told to contact ford directly. Ford told me they had not received any cla about it they told me to wait longer. After the second contact them I was told to contact ford directly. Ford told me they had not received any claim. This when I contacted the dealer a third time and was told yes they did not send it in. I was the. Told to wait another 3 months for review but it would probably be denied due to some computer code. This issue was a recall and I have a letter from ford saying it would be taken care of. It has been 9 months now and I am still out 1400.00. To me they should have refunded my money and chase it themselves, as this was totally their screw up. I will not be dealing with this dealership again More

Forgot to put the oil cap back on when I went in for an oil change. Then deleted my review cause it “didn’t meet there standards”.
