Have a situation of my truck leaking coolant for a second time in less than the first payment of this unit and by the due diligence of Kenneth Bruning and Nick D. (service manager) and Nathaniel Gonzalez my time in less than the first payment of this unit and by the due diligence of Kenneth Bruning and Nick D. (service manager) and Nathaniel Gonzalez my truck was received at Ford Port Richey service and in 2 days the issue was fix . I bought this truck on the 11th of July and I haven’t use this vehicle for less than 3 and half miles daily . I love the truck, the inside and out is impeccable but I never expected to have issues so quickly into my investment. I hope this temperature problems are the end of everything on this vehicle. Thanks again to the management and service team at Port Richey to address this the was they did. More

My 17 Ford Fusion was needing to be jump started daily. I brought it into ford of port richey after 4 failed attempts to get it serviced at the Springhill ford dealer. The staff were professional and I brought it into ford of port richey after 4 failed attempts to get it serviced at the Springhill ford dealer. The staff were professional and were able to fix the battery draw issue within 1 hour of service. Also was able to work with there finance department and get a extended warranty on my car.. I highly recommend using there service department .. More

They charged me for parts and labor that I didn’t need so they could make more money. I brought my car to their service department to get 1 strut replaced. They failed to offered all the options on how to repair my car effectively. The choices they gave me was pay $300 to put my broken car back together “it would not be fixed” or pay an absurd amount of money to fix it and do a poor job “while decreasing the performance of my car”. More

Service was good. Had the guy out checking vehicles in wipe some greasy fingerprints off my door and literally stood there for 10 minutes waiting to get cashed out while he sat and xxxxxxxxxxx with someon wipe some greasy fingerprints off my door and literally stood there for 10 minutes waiting to get cashed out while he sat and xxxxxxxxxxx with someone on one of the benches. I literally had to walk over there to get his attention and ask if my car was ready. He said he didn't realize my car was done Why else would my car be there. Ain't they supposed to run your car through the car wash when its done. If so That wasn't done either. I very easily could have taken it to my shop to have it serviced but didn't because I bought it at this dealership and had a sense of loyalty. Having second thoughts now. More
