Overall a good experience. No pressure, friendly, no inflated prices. Car had numerous exterior scratches from the prep when we inspected it. They tried to fix it 3 times which was good of them, but the inflated prices. Car had numerous exterior scratches from the prep when we inspected it. They tried to fix it 3 times which was good of them, but they issue was still there and we brought it home anyway. Ah well, I'd still recommend Werner! More
