Initial "joining phase" was disappointing, as I had made an appointment via the web, but the front desk was not aware of the appointment when I arrived. Had a couple of issues with the transaction, but Warner worked with us to resolve. Low-pressure environment. Took about an hour to complete the paperwork, which is typical in my experience. More

There are many reasons to like Werner Mazda. The first is practically brand new showroom, which is just beautiful--open, airy, full of light--a comfortable place to be. The second was my salesman, Roger, who practically brand new showroom, which is just beautiful--open, airy, full of light--a comfortable place to be. The second was my salesman, Roger, who made the process just as smooth and easy as could be. The certified pre-owned 2019 CX-5 is exactly what I wanted--in perfect shape. Best of all, the price was truly good, even now, with used car prices skyrocketing and inventories being short. I'd been watching all the used car websites for months before taking the plunge--and it was nice to find what I wanted nearby than having to fly across the country! And then Jay in the finance department was great too--personable, fast, made everything easy. Everyone was so nice--but then again, when you work for a company that makes a great product (and there's a reason why those Mazdas are flying off the lot!), it trickles down to everyone from the managers on down. Everyone clearly enjoyed their work, and it showed, and it made a big impression on this customer! More
