The car (a 3-yr.old certified Mazda3 hatch) is everything they promised. Because I live 100 miles away, I bought it sight unseen. The price was right, and I wired it to them in full three weeks before the ag they promised. Because I live 100 miles away, I bought it sight unseen. The price was right, and I wired it to them in full three weeks before the agreed-upon pickup date. There were some delays in their applying for my Mass. registration, and some confusion (as a result of differing estimates by Werner managers) over how long it would take to get the RMV there to send the plates. It all worked out in the end, but the experience was more stressful than I had hoped. I also felt that more of the car's myriad features (it is a loaded "Grand Touring" model) could've been explained a bit more fully at delivery. Though I also drive a Mazda6, this car has more technology - too much for even a salesman to remember without a checklist. More

David was so kind and attentive to our needs. My son’s first car. David made sure he understood the functions inside and out/ top to bottom. The safety features brought my husband and I peace of mind. My first car. David made sure he understood the functions inside and out/ top to bottom. The safety features brought my husband and I peace of mind. My son has always been a worrier about the actions of others while driving, the sensors definitely brought him comfort. And of course he loves the technology and sporty look. Win win for all. Negotiated new tires. To our surprise balancing and alignment were also included. Definitely the most positive experience we’ve ever had buying a car. We will be back to see David when the need arises. I’ve been telling all my friends as well. Hopefully will bring additional well deserved business your way. We are an hour away, and will happily return when it comes time to service the car. More
