Test driving the 2019 CX-5 (which is what I ended up with for my lease) was such a breath of fresh air for me. It's an extremely well engineered car and the quality the designers put into it speaks for itself. What really made me come back was the fact that I wasn't harassed with phone calls and emails as soon as I left the building. David and Nick had asked plenty of times what they could do to get me in the car that night, but once they knew I was serious about taking a few days to think about it, they respected my decision and the next week came to them with questions and a plan. They answered all of our questions and were so helpful with doing what they could to stay within my budget. More

I honestly didn't feel that great the first time I did business with Werner, 3 years ago. I can say that any doubt I had from my previous experience is gone and I only have great things to say about this team. The deal they gave me was much better than I was expecting seeing that I was looking to cut my monthly payment. They did me a great service by cutting my payments without having to leave the Grand Touring trim that I have fallen in love with. Go see Roger, Nick and Jay because they will make it happen for you. I had sent an online request for more information on a particular vehicle and was responded to right away without being harassed. Upon visiting the dealership I met with David Lee who reviewed my needs. We were able to determine that I didn't need all of the options available in the model I had selected and David recommended a great alternative. I had been interested in the Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring and ultimately ended up purchasing a CX-5 Touring. David spent a lot of time with us answering questions and go over details of the vehicle. We were able to come to a purchase agreement relatively quickly. The only downside was that when I had a few questions on the day I was scheduled to pick my vehicle up it took several attempts to reach David before receiving a return call. He did apologize and spent additional time addressing my questions when we met later that evening. Overall I found it to be a positive experience. More
