Poor purchase experience I went in to Werner Mazda motivates to buy a car and was shown a great price which I agreed to. After discussing financing the price had suddenly gone I went in to Werner Mazda motivates to buy a car and was shown a great price which I agreed to. After discussing financing the price had suddenly gone up. I was quite displeased with this and decided to walk out. The sales manager, Nick, got a bit combative and went on a tirade about many topics including how reliable Mazda vehicles are. (In hindsight, this has not been my experience as I now have my fourth service issue in under 1500 miles) The day following this experience Rich did everything he could which is why I still purchased the vehicle. But with the aforementioned service issues following the sale I cannot recommend Mazda and especially this dealership. More
