I worked with Alex Harvey (not Ryan Chisholm) who was great. He had the demo car ready to go and allowed (encouraged) me to push it to get the full experience. He was very knowledgeable about the car (the PHEV is much more complicated) and had the answers to my questions. Would ask for him again if the opportunity arises in the future. The other folks I dealt with during the process were also pleasant and easy to work with. One thing that raised an eyebrow was that I got a quote off Werner's website but was offered a higher price after the test drive for the same car that was in inventory - so there was a bit of a disconnect there. In the end, we agreed to a price and the follow-on purchase process was in line with other dealerships. More

Rob Hering was very busy the day we went to buy a new Mazda CX-5. However he, and others at the dealership, made us feel comfortable while we waited for his full attention.
