It took over 2 hours for them to do a simple oil change. They upsold me on replacing 2 filters and a windshield wiper and then had me waiting even longer and turns out 2 of the 3 items weren't even in stock More

First and foremost, we regret that your oil change took longer than expected and that we sold you services that we couldn't promptly fulfill. Delays and miscommunications are not representative of the service we aim to provide. We will be addressing this issue internally to ensure a smoother and more efficient process for our customers. Regarding the charges for services that were not in stock, we're grateful you brought it to our attention. We apologize for any oversight in our invoicing process and are glad you noticed the discrepancy. It's also concerning to hear that you experienced an issue with your back emblem during the car wash. We understand the frustration this must have caused, and we will investigate this matter further to prevent any similar incidents in the future. We're disappointed to learn that your call to complain went unanswered. This is certainly not how we want to handle customer concerns.
