Called for a oil change on my 2018 M550i, was able to schedule same day. I was told it would be about an hour and a half to do. They were done in under a hour. Even with a complementary car wash. Nick provided excellent customer service. Yearly maintenance was completed and they even washed my car.......all within 1 1/2 hours. Not all that happy with service department or the guy david that made me buy a warranty that i would never get to use and then when i took it in to have it looked at they told me both oil pans were leaki david that made me buy a warranty that i would never get to use and then when i took it in to have it looked at they told me both oil pans were leaking which they were not and that my ticking noise was from my breaks which it was not either. At the moment im very upset about the whole experience and i hope they do the right thing and actually fix the problem or do something to compensate me for all of the problems ive had with this being my first bmw purchase i thought i could trust the sales man but between him and the service department its been a absolute nightmare. Please help More
