Great dealership! Impeccably clean and really well stocked with snacks for waiting customers. That’s a nice show of appreciation. All the staff is extremely helpful and courteous. Service techs are ve stocked with snacks for waiting customers. That’s a nice show of appreciation. All the staff is extremely helpful and courteous. Service techs are very knowledgeable and work done promptly. Would highly recommend this dealership. I drive longer to come here rather then go to the dealership closer to me. More

Not the best service or communication. I brought my car in for a headlight issue, which they needed to order a part for (told it would be in within a day or two). Well after 5 days I had to call back mysel in for a headlight issue, which they needed to order a part for (told it would be in within a day or two). Well after 5 days I had to call back myself to see what was going on and was told to bring the car back in, they want to try other things to fix it before ordering the part. Having no choice brought it in and got a loaner. The next day it was all fixed because they needed to order the part...BUT my car wouldn’t start because they left my headlights on all night. Then he had to jump my car and the loaner car guy was so nice (best guy there) he shut off the eco mode so The car wouldn’t shut off and I wouldn’t get stuck on rt 19. It was just carelessness. I mean for a luxury car - I had better service and communication with lower end dealers. More

I love Ferman! I have gone to other BMW service centers and have never received the service I get at Fermin. Other places I have to wait around for someone to acknowledge me. At Fermin as soon as I drive and have never received the service I get at Fermin. Other places I have to wait around for someone to acknowledge me. At Fermin as soon as I drive up there is someone there acknowledging me and taking care of things. Every single time. More
