At one time before we were happy with the service but last time our service was very slow and communication was poor. We had 3 requests for service and let them know what we accepted and declined on lin last time our service was very slow and communication was poor. We had 3 requests for service and let them know what we accepted and declined on line thru their website. It took almost 3 weeks and I had to call about my car. Received a call from service manager later after I picked my car up and he told me he would check to see why it took so long never got a call back. No problem I’ll take it somewhere else. More

Recall work was scheduled and completed without a hitch. Only issue is I couldn’t get a good explanation of what the purpose of the recall was for and what this fix did to the actual transmission. The service mechanics caused a oil leak, couldn't find it, i had to find it and tell them how to fix it. They replaced my coolant control valve and now my truck overheats every time I drive it. Also they it, i had to find it and tell them how to fix it. They replaced my coolant control valve and now my truck overheats every time I drive it. Also they put my motor back together on my Camaro with parts to the lifter still in crank case, which impeded in the bottom of a piston. And had the pan off looking for it, and noticed the thrust bearing been hot enough to turn crank blue and still put it back together and tryed to run it. Thankfully it was making noise from the piece of lifter being impeded in bottom of piston. Also had my transmission serviced on my ZL1 1LE Camaro and they short filed it by 2 quarts because they did not know there's a thermal valve that opens at 150 degrees. And did not get it to operating temp so they short filled it. Which I found out when the transmission started slipping. This is the most incompetent dealership I have ever worked with. They have lied to me multiple time and tried cheating me multiple times Also. I have documents and witnesses to prove all of this. I will never ever go back there, it's the most corrupted dealership I've ever seen. More
