My experience was not good. I contacted with desire to fly in from out of state to buy a truck...I was told the truck was available and left all the info with the online chat guy...no one called. I called again...was told the truck was available and that they would pass the info to Aaron and he would immediately call me back...no one called. I called again, and Nick told me that the previous call was "weird" because Aaron wasn't even working that day! I said i wanted to come and buy, but was told the only way I could do that was bring cash (25,000$ on a plane?...ya that wouldn't cause security issues), or a bank check in their name for a truck I hadn't seen yet. Nick was unhappy with my questions of how we could arrange payment (I wanted to just pay...no credit) ...he phoned a couple of minutes later...left a message that the truck was already sold. Hmmmm...apparently the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing, or they are not good at customer service, or nick didn't like my attitude, or they were lying...which ever would make me leery to seek them out for future business! More
