This is a volume dealership. No haggle pricing. Different expierince than what I am used to, no room on pricing so if you expect to negotiate you'll be disappointed. They wanted my business and it showed I have bought many cars in my life time and this was by far the best service I have ever experienced. Nick and Payton literally found me the exact ca I have bought many cars in my life time and this was by far the best service I have ever experienced. Nick and Payton literally found me the exact car that I wanted when they didn’t have what I was looking for on their lot.; I honestly didn’t know that was possible with a used car. They do not haggle on price... that is for real but they had the best prices in town anyway. This was a three week process due to my very particular nature (aka VERY picky) and they never acted frustrated or pushy. I highly recommend Zeck Ford. I never felt that they were just trying to sell me a car... they really wanted me to buy the car I wanted and they made sure that happened. More

Nice people, but room for improvement. When entering dealership, very busy. Hunter and Nick very nice and helpful. One problem i had was that i think the 150 point inspection missed a coupl When entering dealership, very busy. Hunter and Nick very nice and helpful. One problem i had was that i think the 150 point inspection missed a couple things on this 2015 Fusion Energy. The rear rotors were rough and the lighted charge ring indicator is not working. Another annoying thing was that when i called to talk to someone, i was put on hold and never transferred, so i had to hang up and call again, several times this happened. The other problem i had was that i paid for a 4 year platinum aftermarket repair service warranty, but then decided to cancel warranty. It took a lot of phone calls talking to several people, before i ever got someone to even say they were going to refund the payment for the warranty. I talked to Nick and he assured me that Zeck Ford would take care of these problems. A big thanks to Nick. Update 3-5-19, still haven't received the refund that was supposed to be sent on 2-19-19. Finally received the refund check on 3-8-19. Thanks again to Nick and Hunter. The good thing is that i like the Energi so far, and Hunter says he is always available if i have any concerns or questions about the car. If i didn't live 270 miles away, i think the process would have been easier. Another good thing is that Zeck Ford does have good prices and they want to sell you a car, and do want you to be happy with your purchase. Taking Fusion to Sunset Ford on 3-14-19 to have them diagnose problem with charging ring indicator. Fusion fixed at Sunset Ford on 3-22-19. Everything working great, big thanks to Nick and Hunter.
