Top to bottom great experience. Sales was customer service oriented and not sales oriented. Followed up with me during entire process from start to finish. Listened to my feedback and concerns and was probably best car buying experience I have ever had. No haggle price dealership so price was price and it was fair and not inflated. I would do business with them every day of the week and twice on Sunday if I needed to. More

I purchased a vehicle in June of 2020. At NO FAULT OF THE DEALERSHIP, the vehicle had some issues (pretty sure it’s possessed!) Over the course of the last year, the sales and service staff have been AMA THE DEALERSHIP, the vehicle had some issues (pretty sure it’s possessed!) Over the course of the last year, the sales and service staff have been AMAZING. The sales staff stand by their word and move mountains to make things right - Nick, Wally and Jace are top notch. The service staff worked tirelessly to fix the issues - Cristin and Tom are fabulous. Ultimately, it was something that the manufacturer has to deal with but I am very happy with the end result and will definitely return to and recommend Zeck Ford in the future for all vehicle needs. More

I was referred to Zeck from a friend who bought his F-150 there. I looked around at all the KC Ford dealers and Zeck had the best prices. Zeck uses a non-commissioned sales team, so there is zero pressure. S there. I looked around at all the KC Ford dealers and Zeck had the best prices. Some other dealers are taking this approach as well (e.g. Bob Sight Ford who is also great to work with) and it is game-changing for the car buyer's experience. I started with looking at some lease return 2018 F-150s. Nick Nava set up an appointment for me to come in and test drive. Jeff Bowlin set me up to test drive a couple examples I was interested in. I liked the truck, but wasn't ready, yet. I came back a week later with the wife to re-test drive. During our conversation Jeff and his GM, Jace, were able to find me a truck for the same money that had quite a bit more options. I've had the truck for two weeks and it's just wonderful. I would definitely do business with them again. More
