It was immediately apparent when I came in for a test drive that Zeck Ford is ahead of the pack when it comes to vehicle sales. My sales guy, Rich O’Donnell, was so easy to work with, very intelligent and honest from the outset. Zeck Ford is lucky to have him. A vehicle I was interested in was sold prior to my test drive, but Rich worked with me to find the same model, which actually ended up being a better deal than the original vehicle. He worked tirelessly for me, and was extremely responsive and attentive both during and after business hours. One great part about Zeck Ford is Rich will continue to be my point person post-purchase.
