Overall good experience. The overall experience was good in working with Zach Ford. I had many questions, as an out-of-state customer, and Kenyatta did a good job of answerin The overall experience was good in working with Zach Ford. I had many questions, as an out-of-state customer, and Kenyatta did a good job of answering the many questions. Once the decision was made, I was informed Ryan O'Donnell would be taking over once I arrived on site. I'm giving the overall experience a good rating, despite the lag in my appointment time. The dealership does a good job in addressing questions, despite some delays. Once on premise, I was a little surprised it took longer with a set appointment, but I did learn of how busy a dealership they are and often employees need to help a couple people at the same time. I did appreciate all of Ryan's assistance and understanding of the requests. I'd consider working with the dealership again, but make sure you understand everything that is needed if you are shopping out-of-state. More

I shopped one other dealership before choosing Zeck and they blew up my phone with calls and texts constantly harassing me to buy a vehicle even after I told them I was no longer interested. Not one time did anyone at Zeck push me to buy or call/text me other than when I communicated with them first. My salesman Cole Fergus was amazing. He answered all my questions very honestly which I can say was not my experience at the other dealer. He dealt very graciously with my indecisiveness and gave me all the time I needed to make my decision. I would absolutely send all my family and friends to Zeck to purchase a car!
